Compensation Range$110,500.00 - $165,700.00 Annual SalaryJob Description Summary:To lead, perform or assist in a variety of quality control activities in accordance with applicable company standards, Site Specific Quality Management Plan and approved contract documents.Position Responsibilities and Duties:Develop understanding/working knowledge of corporate quality control program, company standards, procedures, and building codes, required to perform assigned workDevelop Water+Min5 plan with project teamReview, comment, and work through Division Quality Manager for approval of trade partner project specific Quality Control PlansPerform inspections and witness tests applicable to discipline to determine acceptability of workMaintain work performance records, inspection records and other related items; assure correctness of all documentsWork with Project Manager and Site Superintendent to manage site quality program and assist in providing solutions to non-compliant items.Assist in preparation/implementation of quality control program, including but not limited to; procedures, inspection instructions, the control of measurement and testing equipmentParticipate in internal/external quality control auditsAssist in reviewing purchase and submittal documents to ensure compliance with quality control requirementsAssist in resolution of reported project non-conformance issuesMonitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and codes, when applicableEnsure timely and successful implementation of corrective measuresComplete other responsibilities as assignedAssist in and document commissioning processesMinimum Skills or Experience Requirements:Five years experience in quality control inspections or combination of field management roles on similar projectsBasic knowledge of quality control inspection standards, procedures, and applicable codesAbility to develop in-depth understanding of SSQMP and knowledge of applicable codesAbility to determine acceptability and rejectability of work based on assigned criteriaStrong English communication skills, both verbal and writtenRequire NAVFAC/USACE, or equivalent, to have or obtain within one yearContinue to obtain ICC certifications in Building and/or Trade specific inspection, 1 per yearPhysical Demands and Environmental Conditions:Occasional exposure to dust and fumesRequires frequent stooping/bending/crouching, reaching, handling, finger dexterity, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting 20 or more lbsConstant finger dexterity and ability to hear, and talk, and possess depth perceptionOccasional climbing and carryingThe noise intensity level is moderateSUMMARY OF BENEFITS:This role is eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), individual stock ownership, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, bereavement leave, employee assistance program, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, basic term life insurance and AD&D, business travel accident insurance, short and long term disability, financial wellness coaching, educational assistance, Care.com membership, ClassPass fitness membership, and DashPass delivery membership.
