Our products and services enable clients to discover unmatched insights and answers to the most challenging questions they face to help them make better informed decisions.As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will report to the Senior Director of Content Operations Strategy & Enablement and be responsible for forecasting & planning, account strategy, goaling & incentives, and strategic initiatives for the Customer and Compliance Operations departments. You will maintain our Operating Model, support data-driven decision-making for management teams, execute on strategic initiatives, and present insights to executive teams. This role will be instrumental in establishing how Tegus can scale our call services to more clients and grow content for our research platform.You will be seen as the key business partner for Operations Leadership, and you will support the medium and long-term project initiatives of Department management. You will partner closely with the Operations, Go-To-Market, Enablement, Ops Systems, Product, Finance, and other roles to ensure the broader organization is communicating effectively and working collaboratively.This role will be accountable for driving productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and continual enhancements for client-facing teams as we enable content growth. An ideal candidate will be highly analytical, self-driven, collaborative, and strategic.

Responsibilities

Forecasting and Planning:

Set departmental goals, operational targets, staffing, and budgeting.Manage aspects of the annual planning process.Oversee quarterly forecasting and monitor capacity for hiring needs.

Account Strategy and Planning:

Execute account strategies, manage territories, and ensure proper staffing levels.Implement account planning and territory balancing as needed.

Performance Management:

Support goal-setting and commission plans across teams.Re-evaluate KPIs and design role-based commission plans.Design and administer role-based commission plans.

Strategic Initiatives:

Execute on continuous improvement, growth strategy, and business analysis initiatives.Identify and execute on 1-3 strategic initiatives per quarter, setting goals and measuring impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup.Analytical breadth and depth: Advanced Excel + SQL.Familiarity with modern business intelligence (Tableau, PBI, Looker), data manipulation tools, and low/no-code automation tools is a plus.Ability to execute: Quick learner; willing to dive in and get their hands dirty. Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and comfort making decisions.Experience in process mapping and development. Lean Six Sigma is a plus.Curious & Innovative: Proven track record of creative problem solving. You seek exposure to different types of problems and want to try your hand at different sides of the business. You want to gain experience in a high growth startup.Communicative: Experience delivering presentations and materials to an executive audience. : $120,000-$185,000This includes base and bonus (uncapped earnings potential).
