This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

THE WORK

As a key member of the Army and Air Force Business Development team, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to grow our business pipeline and capture new opportunities within the National Guard. Your role will involve securing our core programs while expanding into new mission areas. You'll lead trade show participation, support the integration of RMS lines of business, and contribute to the development of long-range strategies. Your responsibilities will also include meeting orders targets within your market segment and fostering effective customer relationships, both externally and within Lockheed Martin.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience on defense acquisitions both from industry and customer perspective.Working technical and domain knowledge about military requirements.5+ Years experience with business efforts such as opportunity qualification, proposals, campaigns, and strategy planning.Cross functional team experience on programs and/or proposals.Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Desired Skills:Military or government acquisition and/or user experience in maintenance domain.Domain expertise on U.S. Army National Guard.Experience with Lockheed Martin new business capture process.Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret customers' needs and requirements and relate them back to programmatic processes.Strong financial planning skills.Strong decision-making ability.Team Player - effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals in pursuit of common objectives.Deal closer - highly effective at bringing tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusion.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
