We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging station depots. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and advancing our charging infrastructure, supporting the growth of electric mobility. The ideal candidate brings a strong project management background in the utilities or EV charging sectors, with proven skills in setting up and tracking complex schedules, conducting earned value analysis, assessing percent completion, and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design comprehensive project plans for EV charging station depot deployments, covering scope, timeline, budget, risk analysis, and resource management.Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring alignment with project goals.Guarantee that each project phase is executed on schedule and within budget.Maintain organized project documentation and support ongoing process improvements to enhance project delivery.Act as the main liaison among stakeholders—including utility providers, equipment vendors, contractors, and internal teams—to facilitate smooth project planning and implementation.Coordinate with all parties to address and resolve programmatic and technical challenges promptly.Ensure installations are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations; obtain necessary permits and approvals for all site and electrical work.Implement quality control protocols to ensure all installations meet technical specifications and industry standards.Conduct regular audits on budget, schedule, and technical performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.Deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.Utilize earned value management (EVM) to track and measure project performance and progress against set benchmarks.Identify and assess project risks, including technical, operational, and logistical challenges, and develop actionable risk mitigation strategies.Maintain detailed project records, including design drawings, installation guidelines, and compliance documentation.Provide clear and concise progress updates and final project summaries.Requirements:
5+ years of relevant work experienceBe efficient, passionate, proactive, detail-oriented, and quick learning in a fast development paceExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong financial analysis is highly preferred
