As an Ambassador of the Maison, he / she efficiently assists the Boutique Manager in developing the boutique’s commercial results and fostering a solid performance culture. This involves instilling a continuous improvement approach and mindset, encouraging networking, clienteling, and client portfolio development among all team members, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client services & experiences, and coordinating the boutique team while directly managing part of it.How will you make an impact?Proactively assists the Boutique Manager in making accurate and precise diagnoses based on solid performance KPIs analysis, review of individual & collective competencies and achievements, as well as boutique and competitive environment, to propose and define ad hoc action plans to achieve brand, boutique, and product category sales targets.Leads the creation, implementation, and monitoring of the action plans, with specific focus on day-to-day sales and clienteling activities.Assists the Boutique Manager in ensuring a unique and high professional client service, personalized approach, and memorable in-store experience by every team member.Assists the Boutique Manager in implementing and monitoring strong clienteling proactivity from each team member, the regularity and accuracy of individual and collective prospection actions, and the efficiency of proposed initiatives to enlarge the boutique’s and staff clients portfolio, ensuring the right level of ROI of CRM programs and the accuracy of actions.Establish and position himself/herself as a well-known referent and Ambassador of the Maison, growing a visible personal presence in Rome and outside.Provides solid support to the Boutique Manager in building direct fruitful and long-lasting relationships with a constantly growing network of VIPs and influential people.Coaches all team members in the development of their own prospects and clients portfolio.Monitors competition’s initiatives (product launches, retailtainment activities, client events, and treatments).Establishes a positive, engaging, and dynamic work atmosphere.Ensures the day-to-day coordination, training, coaching, and motivation of the boutique team.Ensures the proper implementation of all brand and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines while guaranteeing compliance with rules and principles.How will you experience success with us?Well-structured, business-driven with strong analytical and leadership skills, organized, and autonomous.Confirmed management experience and retail/boutique background, not necessarily in the luxury sector.Customer service skills, empathy, team spirit & benevolence.Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Strong leadership, assertiveness & ability to motivate and develop a team.Flexible mindset and ability to drive change and engage teams.
