and is responsible for providing executive level
personnel with
a broad
array of
assistance. The role requires a strong problem solver, who can identify/anticipate requirements and provide creative solutions
.Provide consulting support toSponsorPMs and support personnel in project management principles, techniques and processes to include assessingprojectstatus,reporting,progresstracking,controlgates,datamanagement,projectcommunication,risk Analysis, and Stakeholder involvementProvide consulting support toSponsorPM’sin executing their programs, preparing briefings, documentation, and working with customers, stakeholdersProvide consulting services and analyses for developing projectmetrics andperformancestandards based on the project milestones and outcomes that are traceable to Sponsor’s Strategic IntentAssistSponsorPMs in tailoring presentations for executives in a way that establishes win/win partnershipsLeverage subject matter expertise and problem-solving methodologies to foster solutions alleviating strategic roadblocks and create innovative solutions for ambiguous problem-setsRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with PolyBachelor’s degree and5 to 20years related experienceExcellent interpersonaland communicationskills(Oral and Written)Proficient with Microsoft applications (Visio, Project, Publisher, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel)Comprehensive knowledgeofbestpracticesstudies,businesscaseanalysis,creativeproblemsolving,decisionbriefing,projectmanagementprocesses,projectactivityimplementation,riskmanagement,and strategicplanningDesired Qualifications:PMI-PMP CertificationFinancial management andfinancialplanningExperience with COGNOS, PARIS, BASIS, BCR and SLAapplicationsKnowledge of: Change management,
