Report to Chief Strategic Transformation Officer who leads Strategy, M&A, IT, Business Innovation and PMO.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects. This role requires a high level of analytical skills and extensive project management experience to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.FUNCTIONS
Oversee and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, goals, and budgets, and identify resources needed.Coordinate and supervise project team members.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates.Analyze and manage project risks.Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurate.Development and Implementation of Change Management StrategiesMonitoring and Evaluating Change ProgressManaging Communication and Stakeholder EngagementREQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.Interpersonal and communication skills to address issues, problems and difficulties.Proficiency in both English and Spanish.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proven experience in managing complex projects.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strategic or management consulting experience highly appreciated.Compulsory & Highly Appreciated
Compulsory:Experience in project management. PMO office, Consulting experience managing multiple projects at the same time.Communication and interpersonal skills.Travel availability (1 week per month).Nice to have:French.Strategic or management consulting experience.General Education / Technical Skills:
University degree (Economics, Business or Engineering). Candidates with other studies will be evaluated based on demonstrated experience. Desirable but not mandatory: Business model analysis. Data gathering and data analysis. Excellent domain of different presentation tools: PowerPoint, Sway, Prezi or others. Desirable experience in the following methodologies: Design thinking, Agile and Canvas Business Model. Desirable software experience: SAP, Office 365. MS (master’s in science), MBA or equivalent.Professional experience:
more than 7 years of experience in consulting (strategy or management) or PMO in an industrial company.Languages:
