We are seeking a skilled and proactive Consulting Associate in Change Management, to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This position will support the PMO practice with a strong focus on change management, executive communications, deliverables management, and related functions.

This is a six-month contract position with the potential for extension. The role is based in Atlanta, GA, and candidates must be local residents. While the position may offer work from home opportunity, candidates must be available to report to the office on short notice as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.

Conduct analysis of change impacts on various stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations.

Monitor, evaluate, and report on change management activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with project goals.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members on change management best practices.

Communication:

Develop and disseminate clear, concise, and effective communication materials for various audiences, including internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Manage communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project updates and change management plans.

Maintain a communication calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging.

Project Management Support:

Collaborate with Program Management and Executives in planning, executing, and closing projects.

Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers.

Assist in tracking project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Facilitate team collaboration and communication to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

5 years of experience in change management, project management, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Proven experience in executive communications and deliverables management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

Skills in managing and resolving conflicts that arise during the change process.

Proficiency in identifying potential risks associated with change initiatives and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
