Change Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.Conduct analysis of change impacts on various stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations.Monitor, evaluate, and report on change management activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with project goals.Provide guidance and support to junior team members on change management best practices.

Communication:

Develop and disseminate clear, concise, and effective communication materials for various audiences, including internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.Manage communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information flow.Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project updates and change management plans.Maintain a communication calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging.

Project Management Support:

Collaborate with Program Management and Executives in planning, executing, and closing projects.Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers.Assist in tracking project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.Facilitate team collaboration and communication to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.5 years of experience in change management, project management, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Proven experience in executive communications and deliverables management.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
