Outbound Product Marketing Director

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.The Outbound Product Marketing Director is responsible for product management and outbound marketing of Cadence’s current NPUs, Interface Controllers, and system/chiplets. The ideal candidate possesses a working knowledge of processors, AI accelerators, interfaced controllers, and system design. The director will work with customers, sales, and engineering to drive product success in the marketplace through outbound marketing. This person will gather market requirements, recognize market trends, analyze competitive products, define future products, and generate outbound marketing collateral.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Drive product outbound marketing success by delivering complete solutions (outbound marketing material, collaterals, product marketing activities—trade shows, blog, magazine articles, field training). Work with the Technical Publications team to ensure all documentation is accurate and clearly presented.Participate in managing major/strategic customer programs within Cadence and position our competitive strategy through creative outbound marketing.Identify new outbound marketing and publication mechanisms to promote our products.Plan, generate, and present outbound marketing material.Manage all phases of the product outbound marketing lifecycle for CSG products.Travel:Occasional travel, including international travel, will be required to meet customers and support events. Travel to the Austin site will be required for team discussions.Minimum Qualifications:BSEE/CS or equivalent required.5 or more years of total relevant work experience in processor, consumer or enterprise product, or semiconductor IP marketing.Strong experience with outbound marketing.Working knowledge of Systems, CPUs, NPUs, and Interface Controllers.Proven track record working with cross-functional teams.High personal initiative and ability to work independently; high energy and result-oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The annual salary range for California is $157,500 to $292,500. You may also be eligible for incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.
