As Talent & Culture Coordinator, your interpersonal and networking skills will develop an outstanding talent pool – and you will take pride in being an ambassador for an employer of choice.What is in it for you:Reporting to the Assistant Director of Talent and Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceManage the day-to-day employee requests and inquiriesAssist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiativesAssist with recruitment activities, including job fairs, university events, and the internship programAssist with the administrative duties of the recruitment process including onboarding and new hire orientationConduct initial interviews of Hotel applicantsDevelop and maintain relationships with leading Hotel schools, participate in on-campus recruitment and coordinate any Management Training or Internship ProgramsPlay a critical role in the day to day operation of the Talent & Culture Department as well as in assisting in the implementation of the Talent & Culture strategyPromote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and funAssist employees with time off questions, benefits enrollment and benefits questionsMaintain employee files and including tracking of employee attendance, vacation time, and disciplinary actionsServe as mediator during times of conflict between employeesProvide administrative support such as unemployment claims, leave requests, and workers compensation claimsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedSalary Range: $74,000 to $99,000 USD Gross AnnuallyYour experience and skills include:Previous human resources experience preferredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesVisa Requirements:Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
