What you will do

In this vital role you will be part of Amgen's R&D Strategy & Operations organization (RDSO). The R&D Knowledge & Learning team serves staff across R&D and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), transforming how we learn and grow together. We are reimagining learning as an integrated, longitudinal journey by deeply understanding roles, personas, and the competencies needed to thrive. Through our capabilities and expertise which spans learning & performance, knowledge management, and Amgen's corporate library, we orchestrate tailored learning experiences that drive personal and organizational growth, empowering our teams to deliver on Amgen’s mission to serve patients around the world. The professional we seek is an innovative self-starter with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:Recent clinical trial experienceExcellent communication skillsPhD and 2 years experienceOr

Master's degree and 6 years experienceOr

Bachelor's degree and 8 years experienceOr
