Licensing Sr. Project Manager

This role is focused on project management within the

licensing industry —not focused on marketing, branding, or merchandising. This person would ideally have CP and retail experience (in entertainment licensing and retailing, ideally with Walmart or Target) in addition to having exceptional organizational project management experience/skills. A clear communicator who is timely in their responses and follow-ups and a driver to keep us all on track and on time. Ability to correspond both internally and externally (licensees etc.) in a professional way given these are our most important relationships. Central hub for managing the logistics at various stages of CP program execution—e.g., ensuring product info is updated and consolidated for easy use, deliverables are executed on time, etc. Knows how the key functions of CP operate and how to help move the work along across those functions (licensing, product dev/creative, retail, marketing). Never loses sight of our goal to land these massive, multi-category projects. Product pipeline management (deadlines, sampling, ship/set dates, product details (Walmart IDs/Target DPCI, exclusives, etc.) Communicating: Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged, and resolving issues Documenting: Maintaining project documentation and using project management tools Managing timelines and follow-ups with internal and some external partners to ensure timely delivery Pulling together cross-category visual line lists for retailers Updating decks and trackers Keeping internal teams and our retailers and licensees aware of all date changes/deliverables and implications Experience plannogramming or working with planograms The target hiring compensation range for this role is $81 to $90 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. This is an onsite position. Candidates must reside in the LA market and must be currently eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
