Purpose/ Mission:To assist the sales team in achieving profitable and sustainable market growth by providing clear and actionable insights obtained from customer data, on-the-ground market information, market trends, and competitors. To enhance understanding of the business, drive improved decision-making, and increase productivity.Accountabilities:Functional:Conduct regular visits, analyze, and identify our brand performance including sales, inventory, visual merchandising, product assortments, and competitor performance on all customer POS.Provide clear information on our brand performance and competitor analysis with integrity data (sales, inventory, competitors, visual merchandising, product assortments, store KPI, etc.).Assist in the development of Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly conducted with utilization of data and insights generated from customer sell-through reports and market, competitor insights.Work with Sr Manager Wholesale and Sr Manager Franchise to maximize sales performance of all POS.Present analysis and insights to internal and external stakeholders.Provide clear recommendations based on data and trends.Work with Sr. WHS Mgr and Sr. FRS Mgr on strategy for increasing brand SOB by providing supporting data (sale-in, sell-out trend, market intelligence, competitors, etc.).Controlling:Maintain timely collections and collation of customer data, including data from the market and competitors.Monitor the progress of account KPIs.Analyze product past performance data and identify missed opportunities (by providing inputs to Sr Mgr. WHS & FRS).Frequently address Sr Mgr WHS & FRS requirements across functions.Compliances:Observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings.Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.Professional background/ Experience:University Degree as a minimum requirement.Preferably 2-4 years in analytics roles, ideally in a sales environment.Preferably in FMCG, technology, Consumer Goods; Digital background would be beneficial.Experience in Sports, marketing, account marketing, consumer goods, fashion, retail.AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
