Sr. Manager, Factory Support (MRO, Engineering, Utilities and EHS)
will lead the global team to have ownership of Factory Support (MRO, Engineering, EHS).Key Responsibilities:Drive productivity within the Facilities MRO expense and Capex categories. Ownership of Factory Support procurement categories to include MRO, Engineering, and EHS.Lead total cost of ownership reduction including vendor management, demand management, manufacturing equipment standardization, and governance/compliance to deliver savings compared to the investment budget. Drive Capex buy standard process.Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to initiate, lead, and execute demand management initiatives (e.g., manufacturing equipment standardization, catalogue opportunities identification, spare parts, and service cost price reduction).Work directly with site operational leads to assist with capital plans. Provide strategic leadership and commodity oversight to maximize business value and results.Operational and spend analysis, development and execution of annual sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support for all categories.Analyze suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. Ensure supplier or commodity is performing to the designed requirements from delivery, quality, and cost perspective.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree7+ years’ experience in plant and equipment purchasing/MRO supply chain management or operations20% travel required, international and domestic.#LI-OnsiteRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
