We are currently seeking an Audit Reporting Analyst to join the team in our Audit Division. In this role, the Audit Reporting Analyst will compile, analyze, and maintain data related to the Audit Division's performance metrics and report preparation for internal and external parties. This role will also provide general administrative support for the Audit Division including processing of invoices and recordkeeping activities.

Compensation:The annual salary range for this level of role is $50,000 - $60,000/per year; commensurate with experience.

Work Hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, preferably in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent experience required

2 years' experience in audit, analytical reporting, or a combination of financial or management reporting, business administration, and data analysis required

Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on reporting of performance results and metrics

Process driven; experience contributing to cohesive, results-oriented teams, and to deliver high-quality results within time budgets

Knowledge of Global Internal Audit Standards preferred

Experience in auditing, banking, or financial services preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn other business and audit software

Accuracy and strong attention to detail

Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and follow-through skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively and efficiently on assigned teams

Strong business acumen
