This person is responsible for developing a network and a loyal clientele, attending social functions within the community to generate new business, inviting current and prospective clients to in-boutique events, and reaching out through social media and other supports. This role is also responsible for CRM initiatives, including client data capture and accuracy, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clienteling reporting.A Sales Associate is asked to assist in display set up each morning and display breakdown in the evening, helping ensure products are stored safely nightly. This person is required to provide excellent customer service – following up on after-sales service and managing the repair process from start to finish. Must work to ensure customer satisfaction and follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures involving security, consignments, after-sales services, and valuation requests. Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Associates are asked to share the Van Cleef & Arpels history, quality standards, and collection information with their clients and assist in maintaining the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.Qualifications5-7 years in a fast-paced luxury and/or sales backgroundBachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification is preferred.Strong understanding of Customer Services needs and customer prioritiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respectExcellent interpersonal and communication skills are a mustAt this time, we are not sponsoring work visas.
