The Staten Island YMCA - Counseling Service is seeking an Associate Program Director who will be responsible for providing direct care services while ensuring that all necessary day-to-day clinical, programmatic, and fiscal operations are being fully executed by the clinical, volunteer, and support staff. Responsibilities include the provision of direct care as well as administrative and clinical supervision of program staff and services in conjunction with the Senior Program Director. The Associate Program Director will also be responsible for assisting the Senior Program Director in ensuring that operations of such programming are in contract and quality compliance with all regulatory and contract obligations. Additionally, they will be responsible for facilitating program growth and development functions, including outreach presentations regarding program services to collateral agencies, schools, and community organizations.Benefits:The YMCA of Greater New York offers a variety of benefits to its staff members, including retirement benefits, medical, paid time off, free YMCA membership, and more! NYS License with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling (or a related field preferred). Advanced CASAC or above-level Clinicians will also be considered.LCSW Preferred. LMSW and LMHC are welcome to apply.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the substance use disorder field.Minimum of two (2) years in program development and social service.Minimum one (1) year of experience in staff supervision, fiscal management, program planning, and quality assurance preferred.Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the addiction field preferred.
