Alternatives FCU is seeking a Branch Manager to join our Member Services Team. Alternatives is a Community Development Financial Institute (CDFI) credit union and is proud to find solutions for those left behind by the mainstream financial institutions. CDFIs share a common goal of expanding economic opportunity in low-income communities by providing access to fair financial products and services for local residents and businesses.
The Rochester Branch Manager role includes overseeing staff performance, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and credit union policies, and ensuring that operational standards are consistently met. The Branch Manager is also tasked with mentoring and developing branch staff, resolving member issues, maintaining branch security, and prudent cash management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
Two (2) to three (3) years of credit union or banking leadership experience.
Minimum of five (5) years or more of customer service or sales experience.
