The
Technical Manager
will serve as a liaison between MIT, Faculty Practice, Medical Group, affiliate leaders, and vendors in order to identify, investigate, and resolve system issues that impact billing and reimbursement. Support EPIC software maintenance & upgrades and monitor and analyze the EPIC Professional Billing and Claims applications for optimal performance.Education/Skills required:High School Diploma coupled with at least three (3) years’ work-related experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.EPIC Knowledge of Professional Billing required.Knowledge on how to navigate Epic User-Web portal Galaxy to stay current and obtain documentation on software.Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.Determination of accurate user requirements for existing/proposed applications and establishment of said requirements to define scope.Quality of solution and measurement of product quality.Determination of whether a specific solution satisfies user-specific requirements as well as requirements of the greater entity (MMC FPG).Supervisory experience.Department:
