is an Assisted Living and Memory Care senior living community that offers our employees and residents friendliness, a homelike setting, and an inspiring environment.WHY JOIN OUR GREAT TEAM?Competitive PayDaily Pay ProgramDaily Complimentary MealsPaid holidaysOnly 30 days wait for Full Benefits401K matchTuition AssistanceLife Insurance and EAP programWe will train you!What we need from you:Knowledge of state regulations, health laws and OSHA regulations.Basic knowledge of State Health and Safety Codes.Must have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, fire irrigation and emergency call systems.Strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.Able to complete basic maintenance services such as painting, simple plumbing, carpet removal, and equipment repair.Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, carry up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, constant standing, walking and reaching required.Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.Must pass all health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.Westmont Living, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer; however, all candidates must complete a post offer employment physical, TB test, drug testing, fingerprinting/criminal background check, and reference checking to meet licensing regulations within our industry.
