We offer a complete benefits package and opportunities for your continued growth and development!Summary:The Director of Customer Solutions -Technical Assistance reporting to VP Customer Solutions will support commercial and technical business leaders across the Ash Grove network to promote the use of and the adoption of alternative cements and binders to the built community.What you’ll be contributing:Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.Customer ConnectedClearly define Ash Grove’s value proposition and go-to-market strategy for all customer segments by understanding end-user’s needs, enhancing the customers loyalty and aligning with Ash Grove's overall strategic goals.Identify market trends and competitive landscape of all cementitious products to drive continuous improvement in customer solutions product offerings and services.Collaborate with Ash Grove commercial teams to build and sustain robust relationships with market leaders. Work proactively to identify the markets needs regarding CO2 reduction.Build the awareness of customers (Ready Mix Suppliers) and the build & design community (Architects, Engineers, Developers, and Owners) to Ash Grove’s continuous innovations in SCMs, innovative binders, and blended cements.Drive the adoption of Ash Grove innovations through education and promotion.Product DevelopmentCollaborate with Sapphire to identify, evaluate and source new and traditional SCMs in anticipation of future demand; creating products that align with customer needs and the company's growth objectives.Partner with the innovation team and commercial teams to commercialize new and innovative products that meet CO2 targets, meet the needs of the market, and support Ash Grove's growth goals.Collaborate with technical teams to secure regulatory approval and modify standards.Product RolloutDevelop and implement a new product introduction process that ensures adoption, manages customer switching costs, and supports Ash Grove’s growth goals.Support customers technical needs through the adoption phase of a new product introduction.Capture lessons learned, best practices, and other insights for use in new product introduction process.Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.To succeed in this position, you will need:Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.Minimum 4 Year - Bachelor's Degree in business administration, materials science, chemical engineering or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience with a proven track record of successful customer solutions management, revenue growth, and new product introduction.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Sound project management fundamentals.Understanding of cementitious materials, their production processes, industry regulations, and applications.Capable of leading and influencing internal and external stakeholders.Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic software.Domestic and international travel up to 50%.What’s next for you?We provide stability and advancement opportunities across North America.
