Associate Creative Producer

will be an integral piece of the creative production lifecycle as a supporting member on our Creative team. You will work on a dedicated entertainment account with the Creative team and collaborate with Strategy, Account and Production teams to develop timelines and milestones, manage budgets, address notes with editors and designers through post-production, support on custom shoots, and ensure project delivery requirements are met.The Associate Creative Producer will be responsible for supporting creative execution with exceptional project management from top-to-bottom, day-to-day. Detail-obsessed, you are buttoned-up and first on the comms!You are well-rounded in all areas of Entertainment Marketing with exceptional creative production, post and campaign experience. You have excellent communication skills and can engage all levels of contributors up to executive team members. You are obsessed with social media, entertainment marketing, post-production/editorial, and trends. You are a creative problem solver and are invaluable to the success of your projects. You are comfortable working with different types of creative professionals and creative outputs and lead with kindness and curiosity.Location and SalaryThis is a full-time, exempt role with a salary range of $75,000-$85,000, depending on experience. We offer employees the flexibility to work from home Monday through Friday. We believe that allowing you to choose the environment where you work best will enhance your productivity and impact.There will be occasions when in-office presence, at either our Echo Park HQ or a client’s office, is required based on the needs of specific accounts. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling and still provide you with your “flex days.”Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Creative Producers and Sr. Creative Producers on all aspects of a campaign, from conception to completion.Share project updates and timelines as the internal voice of the project from a logistics POV.Provide daily updates on team members’ current workflow and progress.Ask project questions, get clarification, and socialize answers to all appropriate teams.Manage the creation, upkeep, and updating of Asana tickets.Troubleshoot issues as needed throughout the life of a project, in collaboration with Production Operations.Ensure assigned Editor has everything they need to begin production and is set up for success.Pull music cues, graphics references, or other creative research, as requested.Create post calendars for editorial and graphics teams.Monitor timelines with exceptional attention to detail.Assist with asset organization: footage, audio, GFX (toolkits, style guides, etc.).Serve as the first line of QC on all assets, including testing social assets on burner account.Work with Sr Producer to wrap out projects and pass along to Production Operations.Create and track invoices.Gather releases for shoots (including talent, locations, and crew), in collaboration with Sr. Producer/Production Manager.Qualifications:3+ years of creative coordinator experience within entertainment agencies or in-house creative marketing studios.Wizard-level skills in Asana/Airtable.Ability to speak the language of post-production fluidly.Experience supporting the production and post-production of high-touch video, motion design, and motion graphics from ideation to delivery.On-set production experience within an agency landscape, preferred.Professional experience with industry-standard creative tools (ex.
