We care for people so they can be their best.This person will be responsible for working with the condo owners to identify property goals, needs, and objectives. The condo property coordinator will be able to answer questions, give general information, book reservations, and handle in-house needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answering telephones and booking reservationsInteracting with potential guests/ownersConducting potential site tour visits and picture inventoryCoordinating and enforcing condominium procedures and policies set forth by the Property Manager and/or General Manager of the CondominiumsProviding support and knowledge of condominium policies to the reservations teamReserving owner and owner guests' reservationsInteracting with owners, handling in-house guests' needs, and pre-arrival guests' requestsGreeting guests, vendors, and owners coming into the officeConducting condominium and private residence inspectionsCompleting daily checklist, office paperwork, reports, and unit inspectionsWorking with owners on requests and guest requestsPerforming check-in duties at Grand Hyatt Vail front desk and being responsible for the guest registration processCompleting any other job-related duties assigned by Front Office Manager / Property Manager or General Manager of CondominiumsYear-Round full-time. Starting rate for this role is $22.00 per hour. Actual pay will be based on experience. This role is also eligible for a retention bonus which is paid in increments after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment.Why Work at Hyatt?
