Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.We have an exciting new opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who will play a pivotal role in discovering alternative solutions to current methods and practices, aiming to enhance Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) across both new and ongoing projects/contracts.The location of this role is flexible, as we operate from sites across the UK. We’re looking for someone who can be adaptable as needed, with the understanding that the role supports a hybrid working style. This means you’ll have the balance of in-person collaboration and the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work effectively from various locations to best support our team and projects.You’ll make an impact byChallenge existing and established practices, identify improvement opportunities and lead or support a variety of (sometimes multi-functional) projects within the CS organisation.Working alongside projects, engineering and operational teams to deliver sustainable improvements and solutions within the project gateways utilizing LEAN working methods and toolkits.Effectively and efficiently manage projects, meeting expectations, ensuring that costs are minimised, and targets are achieved using modern LEAN/Six Sigma principles.Create process flows, diagrams and any other relevant technical documents such as value stream maps.Lead process validation activities from concept through to delivery, ensuring any new working methods are compliant to the relevant standards.Lead and deliver change initiatives across process improvements, financial benefits, people, and system enhancements.Create and compose documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), utilizing technical specifications like COIs, VMIs, and established lean procedures and practices.You’ll win us over byLean Six Sigma Qualification (Green Belt Minimum) with a strong, quantifiable track record of leading successful process improvement projects.Be an expert in use and deployment of Lean/Six Sigma tools, techniques and methods.Experience of working within document control, change control and checking/reviewing procedures.Prior experience in a similar role(s) within a manufacturing or production environment.You’ll benefit fromOur compensation package includes a competitive salary, company bonus, holiday allowance and pension.
