Laundry Manager , you will oversee the smooth operations of the laundry department. Your responsibilities will include managing workflow and ensuring that we consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. This role combines supervisory duties with strategic planning to achieve our operational goals. Join us in making a meaningful impact!As a Laundry Manager, you will:Schedule and coordinate the workflow across sorting, washing, and ironing departments to optimize productivity.Analyze laundry volume and equipment capacity to ensure efficient utilization and timely completion of tasks.Purchase necessary supplies including soaps, bleach, cleaning pads, ribbons, and other essential items for laundry operations.Prepare reports on labor costs, production operations, and financial performance to assess adherence to operating cost standards.Test the effectiveness and strength of bleach used in laundry processes to maintain quality standards.Oversee administrative and supervisory duties to ensure the overall efficiency and profitability of operations.Understand the financial impact of departmental operations, manage budgets, review staffing levels, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed financial goals.Ensure fair and consistent administration of policies, completion of disciplinary procedures, and proper documentation according to company policy.Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members possessing the required skills.Maintain exceptionally high cleanliness standards resort-wide through innovative strategies and quality control measures.Implement financial tools and strategies to boost department profitability, control expenses, and enhance productivity.Other duties may be assigned.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements:Must be able to lift 35lbs.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.Must be able to work in hot, humid conditions near loud, moving machine.Must be flexible with your schedule and have open availability.Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.Additional Information
