Our client is a well-established and growing Autism Services provider who offer ABA, SPL, OT and Mental Health care to children with ASD.Role Overview:
This senior leadership role combines strategic vision for the site, as well oversight of the day-to-day clinical operations to ensure effective delivery of quality care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background overseeing interdisciplinary services within the autism space.This position is based onsite in North West Chicago.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Clinical Staff & Performance:
Manage senior clinical staff, ensuring cohesion across disciplines and conducting performance reviews.Manage Operations:
Oversee scheduling coordinator ensuring compliance and optimization.Track Billing & Contract Adherence:
Monitor clinician productivity to meet targets, ensure billable requirements are met.Manage Quality Standards & Documentation:
Supervise quality metrics, update SOPs and training manuals, and collaborate on clinical fidelity and scorecard documentation.Support Training & Team Coordination:
Partner with clinical management to deliver staff training and promote collaboration across different disciplines.Client Relations & Intake Process:
Oversee the client intake from initial inquiry to onboarding, track progress of clients, and engage with families to ensure consistent communication and feedback.Qualifications:
Master’s Degree – Licensed Therapist (SPL, OT, BCBA, Social Work)5+ years’ experience working in autism services in a clinical setting3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within an interdisciplinary settingExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate across disciplinesHighly organized, able to prioritize and multitask amid interruptionsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesPositive, professional, and a supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skillsCompensation:
