The ideal candidate must possess technical experience in operations, with a deep understanding of process manufacturing and process safety management systems.Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the facility production team, as well as other key individuals facilitating the production team.Build strong partnerships with support functions to drive efficient operations.Align facility operations with the organisation's business strategy.Maximise facility efficiency by mitigating unplanned events and continuously supporting the safe operations of the plant.Meet functional requirements in Health & Safety, Productivity, Cost Management, Reliability, Sustainability, Management Systems, and Personal Development.Identify product quality improvement opportunities.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical subject.10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing / process manufacturing.Deep understanding of batch processing.Knowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management) systems and OSHA 29 CFR 1910 safety regulations.Apply Now
