Duties- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business processes- Lead and manage the operations team to achieve performance targets- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence- Implement process improvement methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall company objectives- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
Experience- Proven experience in operations management at a senior leadership level- Strong background in project management and process improvement- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams- Strategic planning skills to drive business growth and success

Pay: $147,076.00 - $162,286.00 per year
