To effectively and efficiently handle administration functions in the Tower. Ensure various airline customers and internal customers satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information in a professional manner.Main Accountabilities
Review dispatch sheet to check for any new routings and compare to daily scheduleAct as liaison between LSG Sky Chefs and our customersFill in gate and ship numberUpdate gate changes/ routings and canceled flights and relay information to driversFoster working relationships with the customer through strong written and verbal communicationCoordinate with Ramp personnel to resolve any catering issues as appropriateUpdate and relay information to all levels of managementGenerate reports to airline customersAirline equipment inventory and orderingCustoms paperworkOperate ACE and other airlines information systemsVarious clerical assignmentsOther responsibilities as assigned by managementKnowledge, Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills: able to read, write, and speak EnglishMust have basic mathematics skillsBasic computer skills and ability to learn Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applicationsCustomer service skills, strong interpersonal skills as you will need to be courteous and professional on the phoneAbility to work a variety of shifts as we operate 365/24/7Must have High School DiplomaMust have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composureMust be a team-spirited individualAbility to read a dispatch sheet, identify routing changes, gate assignments, ship numbersAbility to handle multiple calls and radio communicationsWork well under extreme pressure and temperaturesMust be able to obtain AOA badge & customs stickerMust be flexible to work any shift/hours subject to change due to shift biddingLSG Sky Chefs
