Job Summary The primary role of a SLED Account Manager is the pursuit, development, and closure of strategic, traditional, and transformational SLED opportunities within the geography. Must live in SoCal. Responsibilities Leadership of overall account strategy for the pursuit of both traditional and transformational opportunities Account planning with core account teams, incorporating overall account strategy, identification of transformational pursuits, stakeholder mapping, and stakeholder pursuit strategy Pursue and develop relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives Develop, pursue, and close strategic traditional, and transformational sales opportunities Build and maintain relationships with key partners Support formal RFP's - functioning as the business lead for solution development, pricing & strategy Meet or exceed semiannual sales goals Maintain an understanding of competitive market positioning relative to NetApp solutions Qualifications 8 years Account Management experience in a relevant industry with large SLED, commercial, or enterprise customers Storage experience, strong partner relationships in the territory, and strong knowledge of the territory are required Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customer make buying decisions Track record of successful solution selling Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Compensation The salary range for this position is $275k - $335k total on target earnings and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
