If so, we hope to meet you Career Level - M3 Responsibilities As a Cloud Infrastructure Sales Leader, you will lead and work with your team of Commercial Named Cloud Infrastructure sales representatives, who are responsible for new and expansion purchases of cloud infrastructure workloads. This requires the sales representative to work with existing and new 'buyers' to establish or grow Oracle install base accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for leading the sales & engineering team to develop relationships with the strategic clients. You will often serve as the lead negotiator for the largest, most strategic transactions + Develop and lead a team of strategic Cloud Infrastructure Sales Representatives. This includes recruiting, hiring, and training on the Oracle sales process. + Be an enthusiastic, high-energy and motivational Leader, who is passionate and capable of inspiring the internal sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle. + Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts while accurately predicting revenue on a monthly basis. + Handle the overall responsibility for commercial sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction surrounding Oracle's growing Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services portfolio. + Technically competent with direct knowledge and understanding of the top cloud providers, business models and deal constructs including AWS, GCP, Azure. + Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that improves Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines. + Sell and promote the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. + Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with Senior Management, or Executives to ensure unit objectives are met. + Experienced partnering with elite Systems Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte) to align and inspire strategic project plans and services-led cases. + Travel as required. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $115,000 to $232,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
