THE JOB:
As a Busperson, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure smooth service. By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.2187 Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishwareMaintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standardsEnsure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation proceduresTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or olderMust currently hold or be able to obtain both a Food Handler's card and Alcohol Awareness cardMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays1+ years' experience in a high-volume fine dining environment as a Food Runner or ServerDemonstrates strong proficiency and passion for customer serviceEnjoys problem-solving and is adept at handling challenging guest scenarios with professionalism and tact in a fast-paced hospitality environmentTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:
