Primary Care or Urgent Care APP - Western Oregon Employed, rural health clinic seeks Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants to join their Adult Outpatient and Urgent Care practices Competitive base salary offered - to be discussed with employer directly Outpatient clinic open 7 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday Flexible scheduling offered Average outpatient patient volume: 18-20 per day Urgent Care: Open 7 am to 7 pm daily Options to work four 10 hour shifts, three 12-hour shifts, five 8-hour shifts or a combination of these Average patient volume: +/- 24 dependent on shift Both new graduates and experienced candidates encouraged to apply Full benefits package offered including sign-on bonus, up to $15,000 in relocation, 401k with 6% match, PTO, medical, vision, and dental coverage, and more!
