Job Summary:

The KVP Energy Services Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the logistics of all KVP's vehicles and heavy hauling equipment. The Fleet Coordinator coordinates, schedules, tracks, and processes invoices for the preventative maintenance and roadside repairs for all fleet equipment. Effectively communicates with KVP divisions, staff, and vendors to facilitate a smooth transition of the delivery of company vehicles.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Use the fleet management software Fleetio to keep track of sales, registration, inspections, vehicle assignments, documentation, and maintenance of fleet management.Respond to and coordinate after-hours emergency calls and other related work as required.Responsible for checking and monitoring the Fleet department's email box.Track and monitor fleet equipment in multiple systems such as Fleetio, Spectrum/Viewpoint, and Excel.Assist with issuing and managing the fuel card system (WEX) to include new, re-issue, and delete old cards.Ensure each vehicle is correctly tagged and tracked by the company.Keep track of rental equipment.Ensure Samsara cameras are installed and tied to each fleet unit.Assist with manual labor, including the use of tools required for mounting toolboxes, license plates, GPS units, registration stickers, toll tags, etc.Assist the Fleet Manager with gathering information regarding vehicle incidents and insurance claims.Assist the Fleet Manager in creating, maintaining, and implementing vehicle and driver policies.Maintain knowledge of all FMCSA, DOT, and the State of Texas regulations to comply with all state and federal laws.Act as liaison between operations and accounting to ensure communication and accuracy of invoices and fleet purchase orders.Work with our third-party vendors regarding rental equipment requests and reconciliation of billing and invoices.Performing periodic vehicle inspections to ensure that they are in good working order.Conduct new hire orientation on Fleet and driving safety requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement effective solutions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with fleet management software and systems, such as Fleetio, WEX, and Spectrum.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external personnel.Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED2+ years of direct experience in the fleet department.Special Requirements:

Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time required.
