Training & Development Specialist - Remote

The Training and Development Specialist will:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.Design/develop new training courses and materials to meet the needs of the company. Topics could include leadership, compliance, and functional training.Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training programs that are engaging and effective.Deliver/facilitate live leadership development training programs (in person and virtual).Responsible for maintaining training compliance reporting for plants on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Utilize the Alchemy (LMS) platform to create and manage training content and resources.Support the development and delivery of onboarding and orientation programs for new field operations employees. Help sites understand how to manage Alchemy users, learning plans, and reports.Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.Collaborate closely with field training specialists based in our manufacturing plants to ensure alignment between central training initiatives and on-site training needs.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related fieldPrior experience in training and development, with a focus on field operations in the food manufacturing industry.Strong preference for expertise in Alchemy for food safety training.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of adult learning principles and training program design.Ability to adapt to evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements.Ability to work remotely.#LI-EO1 #LI-Remote
