Position Overview :
A fast-paced, innovative software company in San Diego is seeking a dedicated and experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The EA will act as the CEO's right hand, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient time management.
What your day to day will look like:
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner• Act as point of contact among the CEO and employees, external partners, investors and Board members• Format information for internal and external communication - emails, letters, presentations, reports• Organize travel arrangements for the CEO including international and domestic travel• Full management of the CEOs calendar and set up of meetings• Preparation of expense reimbursements and reports• Preparing and circulating quarterly updates to investors• Preparing and collating Board reports• Managing an internal communications calendar for business updates - end of quarter Town Halls, Company All ins etc• Assisting with organising gifts for staff/customers• Any other administrative duties as deemed necessary by the CEO or COO.
Experience:
• Prior use of Slack, Gmail (and all G Suite products), Microsoft Office• Experienced working in a fast paced environment• Self starter, requiring little guidance and able to work in ambiguity• Used to working with highly confidential information• High level of attention to detail is critical• Stakeholder management
Location : Onsite, San Diego, CA 92007
Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Duration : 4 months (maternity leave cover)
Rate: $30/hour - $35/hour DOE
