Responsibilities - Must HavesExpertise in the specific areas of merit systems (job content, qualifications, educational and training requirements of a wide variety of occupations) and wage and salary administration.Sound working knowledge of statistical concepts, methods, and data collection procedures.Ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action.Prepare comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Must have the ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of subordinate staff engaged in various professional, technical, and clerical functions.Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree preferred5+ years' experience in Human Resources (HR) management as Director of HR or Assistant Director of HRExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills10+ years of experience in Human Resources - must possess thorough knowledge of principles, practices, current laws, and record keeping
