Lead the evolution of the organization's people strategy, developing programs that enhance employee experience and drive organizational growthBuild and nurture a high-performing HR team, providing mentorship and strategic direction to deliver excellence in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operationsDesign and implement strategic initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfactionPartner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, creating measurable improvements in key metricsDrive innovation in talent management practices, from recruitment through employee developmentChampion organizational change initiatives while maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace environmentWhat You Bring to Succeed:
Track record of success in progressive HR leadership roles, particularly in healthcare or related industriesExperience building and leading high-performing HR teams through periods of growth and changeStrong business acumen with demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with organizational strategyDeep knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in healthcare settingsBachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or related field (Master's preferred)SHRM certification (CP or SCP) preferredExperience with HRIS systems and HR analyticsProven success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiativesStrong communication and relationship-building capabilities at all organizational levelsApplicant Insights:
