The Integrations Manager will spearhead the vision, strategy, and delivery of an enterprise integrations capability to deliver seamless connectivity between Graco's technology ecosystem and various internal and external platforms. This role is pivotal in optimizing data accessibility and system interoperability across the organization.

What You Will Do at Graco

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development

Craft a comprehensive enterprise integration roadmap aligning with Graco's business objectives.Lead the selection and implementation of an enterprise integration platform strategy and tools.Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead and mentor a team of integration architects and developers, providing guidance and support.Provide training or resources for internal teams on integration tools and methodologies.Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering

Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather and continuously refine enterprise integration needs.Identify critical integration points and define integration requirements.Architecture Design & Implementation

Design and implement robust, secure, scalable, extensible, reusable, responsive, and performant integration architectures.Develop and maintain integration documentation and catalog of APIs and reusable services.Ensures all interfaces and technical dependencies are documented and maintained to a high standard.Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

Establish monitoring tools and implement telemetry to ensure high-performing integration operations.Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.Appropriately escalate risks and issues in a timely manner while managing stakeholder expectations.Stay abreast of emerging integration technologies and best practices.What You Will Bring to Graco

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years in integration architecture or experience in similar roles.3+ years of experience in leading a team.Hands-on experience with system integration and enterprise applications.Strong expertise in system integration methodologies, API design, and data synchronization techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.Expertise with one or more of Systems Integration platforms (iPaaS), such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Experience implementing integrations using SOA, Event Driven Architectures and Microservices.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (like Git), and automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, etc.).Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.Accelerators

Software project management experience.Application of Software development life cycle (SDLC) practices and principles.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration issues.Business analysis and/or Project/Program management experience.
