Overview
Assists customers, clients, events staff, tenants, employees and the general public by operating a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls, providing information, and delivering any other customer service needed, by performing the following duties.
This role pays an hourly wage of $15.00.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide superior customer service to all telephone inquiries and facility visitors.Assist in resolution of guest complaints.Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, information about events at the facility and other inquiries.Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, announces visitors to appropriate personnel, directs visitors as needed.Ensure that necessary safety protocols are being followed. Provide PPE if necessary.Monitor radio communication for Guest Service purposes.Perform other clerical duties as needed.Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Hours are based on our event schedule.Must be 18 years of age or older
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software and how to research information using the Internet.
