Westinghouse is hiring a

Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Analyst

to join our dynamic organization in the Finance Leadership Development Program. If chosen for this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to rotate through a variety of finance departments such as FP&A, Shared Service Center, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, and Corporate Accounting. A successful candidate is eager to learn, think outside the box, and passionate to contribute to a world class finance organization. The intent of the FLDP is to successfully develop your leadership potential, enhance your communication and technical skills, and refine your career interests.

Your Day to Day:

Lead project work to strategically deliver value across multiple departments or global locations through planning, problem-solving, communication, and teamworkUtilize problem-solving skills and data analysis to drive process improvementsDevelop a strong foundation of leadership skillsInterpret financial and operational performance to identify business risks and opportunitiesPartner with internal customers to develop annual budgets and update monthly forecastsParticipate in internal audits providing business leaders with objective assurance and advice to improve governance, risk management, or control processesAnalyze and model financial data to enable strategic decision-making for business leadersWho You Are:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields. Must be graduating in December 2024 or May 2025.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExhibit willingness to learn and curiosityStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadershipComfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and balancing multiple prioritiesAbility to travel up to 10%Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Why Westinghouse?
