As the Senior Executive Assistant to the executive leaders your goal is to provide administrative support and anticipate needs related to the business functions that are broad, varied, and confidential in nature. As part of the organization's administrative support team you will have the opportunity to learn, and be a valued and integral part of, the teams you support.
You will do this by:Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel (domestic and international), agendas, contact information and auxiliary materials for assigned executivesPreparing, drafting, composing and editing incoming/outgoing correspondence, reports and other documents as requestedManaging various projects in relation to the business supportAnswering incoming calls, taking messages, screening and handling routine items to facilitate timely resolution and efficient use of resourcesCreating presentations and materials for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual updates in support of the executive(s) or other team membersCoordinating office related invoices and expense reports and obtaining appropriate approvals per audit standardsActing as a trusted advisor for the leaders you supportServing as point of contact/lead for a variety of company or divisional activities including facilitating communication (in partnership with corporate communications), registration, and representationThe above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent education and experienceMinimum five years experience in a senior administrative/executive assistant role supporting leadersAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office Applications and/or Google Workspace ApplicationsProject management experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Experience working with a global organizationExperience working with trade show coordination and planningExperience working in/with private equityExperience with Google Workspace applicationAdditional Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive company information, including "insider information"Ability to prioritize, understand and manage complex information and projects in a fast-paced, flexible work environmentAdvanced working knowledge of department functions and processesAdvanced written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization, specifically senior executivesExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to take independent action and solve complex problems with limited involvement from othersTravel Required:
