Executive Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Executive Assistant for a Non-Profit client in the Cincinnati area. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of C-Level support and strong administrative skills. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $25 and $27/hr.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other high-level events.Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.Consult with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
