SUMMARYThe Construction Coordinator is responsible for tasks related to customer calls, project monitoring, tracking, coordination, estimate creation, documentation, progress reports, and project audit. General office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports, are also included within this role. Site visits will also be required on regular and recurring basis along with frequent customer communication and collaboration.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction
a. Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.
b. Customer communications, initial, follow-up and completion.
c. Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
d. Assist with scheduling all warranty activities.

Project Initiation
a. Enter lead/jobs into the operating system (Work Center) and make sure all information in the project is correct.
b. Schedule initial consultations with customer.
c. Educate customers on process.
d. Review and validate project file documentation.

Project Planning
a. Collaborate with the mitigation team on potential construction leads and projects.
b. Confirm with management project scope of work is complete.
c. Maintain customer and client communications.
d. Assist customers with product or material selections and design for projects.
e. Support management ensuring customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
f. Ensure all paperwork is complete with customer and client.
g. Ensure estimates are distributed to all necessary parties.
h. Interface with Subcontractors for availability.
i. Sign up new Subcontractors and maintain insurances and licensing.
j. Issue POs based on project budget.
k. Acquire proper permits as necessary and ensure all correct procedures are being followed with local municipalities.
l. Schedule inspections with building departments.

Project Execution
a. Ensure frequent job site visits and photographic documentation of progress.
b. Communicate frequently with field staff and management through various stages of the project.
c. Update budgets.
d. Order materials and supplies as needed.
e. Update project schedule and timeline.
f. Assist identifying and qualifying resource providers.
g. Validate completed PO documentation.
h. Update contract status with change orders and keep customer and client advised.
i. Maintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) report.
j. Maintain internal and external communications.
k. Maintain communication log.
l. Prepare project reports.
m. Upon project completion review file documentation and update as necessary.
n. Manage collections activities.
Perform project close-out.
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
