Restoration Supervisor
demonstrates the company's Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlManage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activitiesThoroughly document restoration projects support the services providedManage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projectsCommunicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safetyPerform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.Coach and train restoration techniciansSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agents
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
