Our client, a global technology leader, is looking for a responsible Business Intelligence Program Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support corporate responsibility initiatives by managing projects across human rights and supply chain integrity workstreams. The ideal candidate will leverage project management and SharePoint expertise to streamline reporting, stakeholder engagement, and ESG data management.

Proficiency in SharePoint with 2-4 years of experience2-4 years of experience with Excel2-4 years of experience with Power BIOpportunity Overview:The Business Intelligence Program Manager will provide project management and communication support, merging human rights and supply chain integrity initiatives. The PM will develop workback plans, manage end-to-end project execution, and facilitate key stakeholder engagement. This role will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes in corporate responsibility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist in merging the Human Rights and Supply Chain Integrity workstreams into one cohesive unit, including developing a unified SharePoint site.Respond to inquiries related to human rights, supply chain work, and ESG reporting, maintaining AI chatbots for these inquiries.Manage the end-to-end process of the annual Supply Chain Integrity Statement, including workback plan development, stakeholder identification, data collection, and narrative creation.Support ongoing ESG assessments and surveys by gathering data and ensuring timely response submissions.Coordinate logistics and engagement for the Human Rights Advisory Council and other key stakeholder meetings.Maintain and update internal and external SharePoint sites, consolidating information for streamlined access.Qualifications/Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Program/Project Management.Degree in Project Management or a related field required.Strong familiarity with human rights, supply chain, or ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) concepts.Preferred experience with AI tools, such as Copilot, to support communication automation.Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.Why Work with Team Red Dog?
