This role will work closely with an exceptional Corporate Vice President (CVP) within a supportive, close-knit team. The CVP is highly engaged with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and committed to inclusivity, making this a great environment for collaboration and professional growth.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

Minimum 2-3 years recent experience as an EA or admin role.Minimum 7 years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience focusing on complex scheduling, travel management, and executive support.Experience with Microsoft products and systems, including Office Suite, Employee Central, iCIMS, HR Insights, MSSpace, MSExpense, MSTravel, MyOrder, MSInvoice, MSAuthorize, Informa, and SharePoint.Opportunity Overview:As part of the SMB (Small, Medium Business) Leadership team within the Small Medium Corporate (SMC) MCAPS organization, this role is critical to supporting our CVP and driving business operations for a team dedicated to empowering customers with the organizations cloud solutions. This role involves managing a global team, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication and event planning across time zones. You'll work closely with the Chief of Staff and other stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and help scale a nearly $50 billion business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide in-person support to the CVP during office visits (approximately 1-2 times per quarter).Manage the executive calendar, prioritizing meetings, ensuring logistics are arranged, and communicating with key stakeholders as needed.Develop a deep understanding of critical business activities to make informed decisions regarding the leader's time.Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff on the Rhythm of the Business (ROB) processes to ensure alignment with executive and team commitments.Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and conference arrangements.Process expense reports accurately and act as the final SAFE approver on all team expenses.Handle event planning, including scheduling and logistics for offsites and CVP-sponsored events; provide on-site support for events in Redmond.Actively participate in SMB Global EA and SMC EA teams to ensure collaboration and engagement across administrative teams.Qualifications/Experience:

7+ years of experience in administrative, business support, or customer service, particularly in executive support roles involving complex scheduling and event management.Experience with Microsoft products and internal systems (Office Suite, Employee Central, SharePoint, etc.).Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling confidential information with integrity.Comfortable managing ambiguity, adapting to urgent challenges, and working effectively within a fast-paced environment.Proven team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Why Work with Team Red Dog?At Team Red Dog, we prioritize people and maintain relationships with some of the world's most inspiring companies and organizations.
