Project descriptionTypical Day in the RolePurpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to bring the go-to market strategy, programs, and operations to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments.Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting a general manager for a partner program and the experiences team. The main component is to manage the calendar for the GM. They will make administrative decisions and requests on behalf of high-level managers. Drafting emails, create data management plans, they will be using advanced features of Microsoft products/tools.Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 10% - 20% meetings, 80% administrative tasks to optimize the GM and calendaring.

Candidate RequirementsYears of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or certifications required: A bachelor's degree in business/administration is required to be eligible for this role.Disqualifiers: Candidates with short-term roles (2-3 months) will not be eligible for the role as the sponsor seeks consistency.Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate will have experience with a high sense of ethics and experience using strong business judgment and the ability to prioritize. Previous Microsoft experience is preferred. They must be very organized, strong ability to multi-task, and be strong communicators.Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and acting promptly.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience1. Minimum 5 years' experience with calendar management.2. Minimum 5 years experience as an executive assistant.3. Minimum 5 years' experience with creating data management plans (travel details and manages data such as MS expenses reporting and reconciling).

Summary:The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Job Responsibilities:Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.

Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Ability to keep information organized and confidential.Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:High school diploma or GED required.5-7 years' experience required.Experience working with executives is highly preferred.
