This role involves parsing through various documentation and categorizing engagements based on a standard set of rules. The ideal candidate will possess basic Excel capabilities and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update customer signal analysis for AI engagements.Parse through a variety of documentation and categorize engagements based on a standard set of rules.Draft weekly update newsletters on customer signals using a provided standard template.Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely updates.
Qualifications:Basic Excel capabilities.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Excellent communication skills.Additional Information: This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach to getting tasks done.
